Organize education and training workshops in non-traditional farming businesses; bee keeping, grass cutter, snail, fish and mushroom farming for 850 farmers and fisher by 31st October, annually.
Facilitate local and export market arrangement for the non-traditional farming commodities each year
Monitor and evaluates program by December each year.
Organize education and training workshop in vegetables and fishing farming for 300 youths by June each year
Organise vegetables and fishing farming development forum / seminar for stakeholders by 31st March ,annually

Facilities farmer group formation in the 17 districts of the central region
Assist CEDECOM Oriented farmers Group (COFAG)in preparation of business plans and project proposal
Source for logistics and financial support for the CEDECOM Oriented Farmers Group
Organize training workshop in agro-forestry for 350 farmers in 17 districts of the central region by march ,each year
Organize a regional tree growers forum for stakeholders by November, each year
Develop the oil palm and forest plantations at Abrafo Odumase into an agro-forestry demonstration center by September 2012.
Facilitate the development of community forest reserves, woodlots, medicinal museums and wet land areas by two communities in the central region each year
Raise 5,000 tree and oil palm seedlings and sell each year
Manage the Commissions forest and oil palm plantations and non-traditional farm projects and sell their produces each year to support the commission.
partner with UCC, CSIR MOfA , FBOs , the forestry Commission and potential partners to carry out research , extension, monitoring and evaluation of projects. 6
Establish a 3 year inter institutional co-operation with SETIC, china for bilateral seminars on local economic development through agriculture and natural resource management.
Design programs and facilitate training seminars on agriculture and local economic developments for CEDECOM staff and FBOs to be held in China
Train four (4) ANARD staff in project management and rural development each year at GIMPA and the Netherlands
